Our Third Annual Legislative Luncheon this year was more informative
than ever, all five Gubernatorial Candidates for Governor where
present.
We
need to choose our next Governor November 7, 2006. Every year we
have a Legislative Luncheon so you can meet and listen to your
elected officials and find out what they are doing while in office,
but this year is even more important to all of us, we needed to hear
all the candidates running for Governor.
Some of you are new to Las Vegas and do not know who the candidates
are, that is why this year our Legislative Luncheon was very
informative. Every candidate gave a brief synopsis of their
background, experience, qualifications and positions on issues
affecting our state.
We
not only had all the candidates for Governor at this event, but we
had the best moderator Jon Ralston, who is a political columnist,
commentator and TV Host of Face To Face. We where also honored to
have as our Master of ceremonies this year John Huck, News anchor
from Fox5 News. Please go to the polls and vote come election time.
